Nhằm nhu cầu mở rộng kinh doanh, hiện nay Công Ty TNHH Công Nghệ Việt Tuấn đang tuyển dụng vị trí sau:

1. Thông tin tuyển dụng

  • Số lượng: 03.
  • Độ tuổi: 24 - 32 tuổi.
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Tầng 6, số 23 Tô Vĩnh Diện, P. Khương Trung, Q. Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội.
  • Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 - 17h30 (Thứ 2 - 16h00 chiều thứ 7, nghỉ trưa 1h30').

2. Mô tả công việc

(Mọi chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể trong quá trình phỏng vấn)

Phụ trách các hoạt động, ý tưởng Content Marketing nhằm tăng tương tác, traffic, số lượng khách hàng tiềm năng trên hệ thống website công ty.

  • Chăm sóc, phụ trách các nội dung website gồm bài viết sản phẩm, tin tức, viết bài content chuẩn SEO.
  • Quản trị nội dung cho fanpage & Quản lý hình ảnh fanpage.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm về số lượng & chất lượng bài viết do Leader đặt ra.
  • Viết bài giới thiệu sản phẩm, bài báo quảng bá thương hiệu Công ty.
  • Viết các nội dung content khác do Leader yêu cầu.
  • Viết bài chuẩn SEO cho các chiến dịch Marketing.
  • Bám sát kế hoạch nội dung được phân công từng tháng cho website.
  • Viết và post bài trên hệ thống social, blog thuộc hệ thống công ty.
  • Luôn cập nhật kiến thức để có thể phát triển khả năng về Marketing, xây dựng những chiến lược kéo traffic tới website dự án.

3. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Có kiến thức và kỹ năng viết Content SEO, am hiểu kỹ thuật Copywriting và viết bài chuẩn SEO. Có kinh nghiệm Content SEO web từ 6 tháng - 1 năm trở lên.
  • Ưu tiên đã từng làm cho Agency.
  • Khả năng tư duy, tìm kiếm, học hỏi nhanh.
  • Có định hướng làm việc lâu dài, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
  • Viết tốt, diễn đạt súc tích, rành mạch, dễ hiểu, đúng chính tả.
  • Sử dụng rành Google Sheet, Google Docs.
  • Có tư duy về đo lường & tối ưu hiệu quả công việc.
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tốt.
  • Có hiểu biết, đam mê về mảng thiết bị wifi, mạng máy tính, tin học, công nghệ.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành báo chí biên tập, marketing, truyền thông, Ngôn ngữ học,…hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan.
  • Đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý thực tập sinh, cộng tác viên, từng làm trưởng nhóm.

4. Quyền lợi

  • Thu nhập: 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND (tùy năng lực)/ tháng + phụ cấp thưởng.
  • Được đào tạo chuyên sâu về kiến thức SEO tổng thể, Digital Marketing.
  • Các chế độ phúc lợi theo Luật Lao động, các chế độ thưởng khác.
  • Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp, cơ hội phát triển và thăng tiến nhanh.
  • Được ký Hợp đồng lao động, đóng BHXH - BHYT - BHTN đầy đủ theo quy định của nhà nước.
  • Nghỉ phép năm 12 ngày/ năm khi lên chính thức
  • Giờ hành chính T2 - T7 (8h00 - 17h30, nghỉ trưa 1h30'). Thứ 7 làm tới 16h00. Nghỉ chủ nhật.
  • Các chế độ đãi ngộ (nghỉ phép, nghỉ Lễ…) và các chế độ phúc lợi hấp dẫn khác.
